Today was day 5. I've separated the bridge into 4 sections.
Section 1- The steep incline to the beginning of the bridge span.
Section 2- The gradual incline over the river.
Section 3- The gradual decent over the river.
Section 4- The steep decent to the end of the bridge into Manhattan.

Today I made it across the entire bridge without walking intervals! At the end of the bridge, I turned around and tried to continue running, but the incline wore me out pretty quickly. Walked only a short distance before running again. Had to walk once more, briefly, before finishing the bridge at a full sprint!
My breathing has become automatic. Incredible how quickly that has leveled out. The cramp in my stomach was not as severe today. I did start to become overheated. It is 23F outside today. What am I going to do when it is 85F? I am nervous about this. Will my body eventually find a way to balance the heat?
I've reached so many goals. Everyday the progress is astounding and rewarding. I no longer dread the run. Feels freakin' great.

Julia, I am so proud of you and inspired by you. All it takes is a little change inside your mindhole. Keep it up! For Judas' sake don't stop for god nor man!
